Agreement between Dynamic WebGroup, LLC and the Client.
Dynamic WebGroup, LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW). Services may include SEO, PPC management, and content creation.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Recurring services (e.g., monthly SEO) are billed in advance. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
Upon full payment, the Client owns all creative assets produced specifically for their project. Dynamic WebGroup, LLC retains rights to generic tools, frameworks, and methodologies used.
Services may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dynamic WebGroup, LLC is registered.
